Rules of use

The Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli is a cultural institution under the control of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is part of the state cultural system and state property.

The Republican Children's Library named after F. Köcherli allows legal entities, regardless of organizational-legal and ownership forms, as well as citizens and the entire population to use its fund and services without restrictions regarding education level, qualification, and religion.

The procedure for using the funds of the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocharli, the legal form of relations with users, is determined in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Library Work", the library's charter and the "Library Usage Rules" by the director of the library.

The Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocherli can be used by all children, parents, Methodists, teachers, and anyone involved in childcare (citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign countries) and its use is free of charge. Readers can enter the library with their parents' ID card or birth certificate. The librarian informs the new reader about the rules of using the library. The reader is given a book for 10 days to read from the subscription. After that period, the books can be brought back to the library and the period can be extended or replaced with a new one. The reader who returns the books later than the stated time receives a warning for the first time, and if the book is delayed the next time, he loses the right to use the library for two months. All readers can use the reading room. 

Persons who tear and damage the literature taken from the library are responsible in accordance with the law.

It is forbidden to use memory cards (flash cards) and discs on library computers.

Every reader who comes to the Republican Children's Library should pay attention to his clothes and follow hygiene rules.

Readers who do not comply with the Rules of Use of the Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocherli, who do not obey the internal disciplinary rules of the library (talking on a mobile phone, obstructing others, making noise, causing material damage to the library, etc.) will be removed from the library and deprived of the right to read.
